This week’s sandwich reminds me of a novelty candle, the kind you don’t want to light as the moment you do, whilst it might be doing what candles are meant to do, it just starts to look yuck !
The good new is whilst you are never want to take a bite out of a melting wax figurine – this you will want to demolish until instead of wetting your fingers to put the flame out , you are licking them to get the escaped tomatoey cheesy juices and last crumbs off the plate.
So for a melting tomato moment take one English Muffin , split and toast. Pile on avocado, tomato, mozzarella, grated parmesan , light the grill and pop it under.
