Big Boy Hybrid and Beefmaster feature in the ripe list for the first time this week.
Were they worth waiting for ? Honestly – probably not. Both are juicy and provide lots of flesh for cooking with but there’s not too much more to say! Although I will just add that Beefmaster is a pretty shape and when cut open reveals an attractive multi-locular interior -lots of little jelly and seed larders !
