Black Cherry Sauce

I’m taken with the idea of making this quick and delicious easy tomato sauce from each different variety. I started with Yellow Balconi and this is Black Cherry. It looks very like Spaghetti Bolognese – it’s not . It’s all veggies including those peas I can never resist throwing in!

That looks totally scrumptious … shame your courgettes didn’t do well because they’d be delicious in it too.

You are right – and courgettes would have added a touch of class that peas just don’t quite deliver ( although that doesn’t stop them from being delicious !)
