So cooler temperatures and grey skies…..time to borrow some heat from the chillies of the house….
This is the Maclusa from Cookoo Box. Just as you can never quite catch that moment when a tomato flower turns to a fruit so with a chilli, at some stage the tiny white flower turns into something that has chilliesque characteristics ….and then starts growing in earnest. Wonderful.
These are the plants, grown from seed, that I grew impatient waiting for ! Numex Twilight. However now I’ve one in fruit, I’m content to let them slowly do their thing….
