Sandwich of the Week
I love Oeufs Mayonnaise.
But times have moved on and now grapefruit belongs to breakfast, no longer allowed out after dark with nothing but a Glace Cherry to decorate its navel. And its partner in kitsch cuisine ‘oeufs mayonnaise’ has also made its soiree swan song.
So the best way to get my fix is in a Egg Mayo sandwich which luckily tastes even better with tomato on top !
