Growing Tomatoes Week 23

A good week. Lots of fruit and the final two varieties, Carbon and Roma have ripened.

I have stripped a lot of the plants of leaves as they all seem to be harbouring something or another and some of the determinate plants like Red Robin and Tumbler are reaching the end of their crops. Garden Pearl is giving Sungold competition in the productive stakes. Alicante or Moneymaker still have lots of heavy green fruit on them. And Sungold is still trusses of gold galore.

Thank you ! I need to think about what to plant through the winter. If there’s something outside that needs looking after then I’ll spend time in it. Otherwise through the winter it gets a bit neglected !
