I love the name, look and sound of Jellybean. Are you going to give that one a try? This endless grey, drizzly weather is most depressing and it’s just lovely looking at your colourful blog!
You know what I long for – that really bright sun that bleaches out everything in its glare – teamed with all the intense saturated colours of everything in full bloom – nature needs to get on with cracking open the verdant green gloss! It’s great the party’s now getting started with snowdrops and crocuses. When the leaves start coming through on the trees this year, it’ll be doubly special after all the endless cold and grey.
I totally agree. My garden is awash with snowdrops, crocus, cyclamen, mini iris and daffs etc and the big daffs are in bud just waiting for some sunshine to help them flower. There are also catkins on the alder trees which are rather pretty. I’m longing for long, hot summer days with meals outside and that lovely tingly feeling on your skin of too much sun!
