This time from Sea Spring Seeds. A specialist supplier, based in Dorset who are home to the Dorset Naga, one of the world’s hottest chillies.
However for us wimps they also do a carefully edited selection of tomato seeds. After trialling, if a tomato doesn’t make their mouth sing, it doesn’t make it into the catalogue.
All small cherry-like tomatoes, the photo shows Golden Sweet, Apero and Sungold.
As you’ve probably gathered I’m a big Sungold fan so that’s a given for next year.
I’ve also added Apero to the list. It’s glossy, bright red and less prone to splitting than Sungold. I think it’s going to take the place of Gardeners Delight in next year’s selection.
They also stock Nova, a cooking tomato, at it’s best grown under glass.
And a tomatillo Toma Verde.
