The weather forecast has been showing angry zigzags all day with the promise/threat of thundery downpours. But the sky remains resolutely blue and sunny and the plants are looking overwilted so I’ve decided that lighting must be striking off in another direction today and have watered everything.
I wish I could bottle and waft the scent of the tomato plants that turns watering into a pleasure instead of a chore. But I can share these treasures instead. The small stripy globes of the Darby Stripe and the striking flower from the Carbon . ( A future tomato sacrificed for art, trying to turn the flowers upwards to capture it I snapped it .)
