These are today’s significant moments. Two almost ripe Tigerellas and a just blushing Conchita. At the moment it’s a little like those magic painting books, the ones where you slosh a paint brush full of water over the page and all the colours reveal themselves. All the tomatoes start out green and then as they ripen their individual shades and hues are revealed.
