Hi
As promised in an earlier post, I’ve linked to you from my blog.
I created a video of my growing tomato plants which I think you might enjoy. Feel free to use it on your site if you like.
Also, remember I’m a first time tomato-grower so I welcome tips and comments!!

Hello
Thank you for the link – and while I like the tomatoes – my eye was also caught by the very impressive pink elephant birthday cake! That looks like a great Birthday party centrepiece!
thanks Sally
My rival a couple of doors away is growing Arctic plenty toms. They are romping away with 6 trusses all from a bush tom I must give him some Paraquat fertiliser and set my tigerella,s onto him. I,ve had to remove these from the greenhouse as they were getting too tall. After a very poor start, I am at last getting somewhere and should be overwhelmed [I hope] this season, Have you tried Orkado, weird looking potato leaf but very healthy, just hope the taste is OK. I must see if I can send picts of my efforts saves many words G
Goodness – 6 trusses. I am green with envy as well. Clearly tomato growing is not bringing out the best in us!!
However if ever there was a year to depend on a tomato called Artic plenty to bring home the “bacon” – then it’s got to be this year. The only variety likely to better it, if it existed would be ” Artic Rain Aplenty” !!
I hope your Tigerellas don’t mind being evicted. But I am glad to see the word “overwhelm” in your comment. In any other context, it would be unwelcome but in a tomato context … well just shows that context is everything.
I haven’t come across Orkado – doens’t have the most romantic of names – but healthy is good – so do let us know what it tastes like. I have grown a couple of potato leaf varieties – but not that particular one.
